Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights – it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training.

Whether you want to burn fat, build endurance, increase fitness or just blow off some steam, our resistance based conditioning circuit at Buduokan MMA is a great way of achieving your goals. The circuit begins with a progressive dynamic warm up that is followed by a series of 15 sport specific exercises being performed consecutively over 3 sets, and concludes with a static flexibility and warm down period. The circuit is designed to push your physical and mental capacity building confidence as well as physicality. Our instructors are at hand to encourage and guide you through the process as well as coach you on correct exercise technique. Are you up to the challenge?
